 OSIM OS-868 uLove “white horse king”This massage chair was bought last year (August, 2017) and it has been used for over half a year, so I’m going to write some reviews for those who need.

The massage chairs I have ever known before are kind of “business” in color and style, and I can’t imagine how they can be placed at home. However, I was attracted the first time I saw the color matching of “uLove White Horse Chair”. And the remote control is so straightforward (convenient for the seniors) that it can be operated proficiently even without introduction of salesperson. Connected with the phone, the sound effects are also beyond my imagination. I was determined to buy after knowing the brand is the well-known OSIM, but to be honest, I didn’t have much impression on the effect of the massage chair, but the experience on site was wonderful.

Later I happened to catch up the shopping discount, the coupons the mall returned as well as the foot massage OS-338, also, the price was much cheaper than online. Regardless of the credit card, I bought it home.



Considering “while” is easily stained, “red” and “green” don’t match with the color of my furniture, “brown” was so “business”, so I chose the cool “copper”. I thought it need assembly and debugging, but it was just a carton, and was in place before I had enough time to take the unboxing photo.

User experience

There’s a switch below. Toggle it, and the “foot massage” will be extended.

There’s a wheel behind, easy for one person to adjust the positions by dragging it.

As accessories, there are two power cords (one flat black 3-terminal international cord, one grey British-standard), a manual and a warranty (2-year home warranty)

The remote control, which can be placed into the armrest, is connected to the end of the armrest by a line.

I said I’m satisfied with the remote control. The massage chair in sleep can be activated by the “Quick Start” and “Close” button, also, you can extend and restore the chair if you press and hold the button. (All the buttons used to adjust the angle of the seat need to be pressed and held, and the shop assistant said not designing as “adjusting by pressing once” is for fear of hurting cats and dogs)

The first row of the panel includes power button, pause button, and stop button.

The arc button in the top left is “Menu”. The two most commonly used position are: Comfort and Zero Gravity.

You can also adjust the seat angle with the button at the bottom.

Using “direction” and “enter” buttons in the middle, you can choose different massage techniques and parts as you like.

You can enjoy “immersive” music after plugging the headphone cable at the right side of the armrest into your phone. However, when the original line is connected to the Iphone, the left and right channels are not in good contact (there is no problem connecting Android phones). Then I bought a new AUX line from the Internet.

Apart from the exterior and operation, this small speaker on both sides of the headrest is another factor attracting me. Listening to pop songs is quite good——sweet treble, thick bass, and strong sense of position". So you need to choose music in advance before your next operation of the massage.



There are pockets for palm massage at the armrests. You can feel the oppression, just as the feeling of measuring blood pressure. It is good for those who often write and type, or people whose knuckles are swollen, but it’s easy to sweat when the ventilation is not good.

The compression airbags on side arm and upper arm will squeeze the side parts when operating, and the back mesh part also has a heating function.

The headrest can be opened, and it is better to have it for those who can’t stand the hard massage strength, because the machine massage is much harder than human’s hand.

Foot massage, from the foot to the calf. But the intensity is weaker compared to the whole body.

OSIM's manager also acknowledged this weakness of this massage chair, so he gave this foot massage for free.
