Design and Build Quality
Broadlink RM Pro+ has a plastic build quality which feels sturdy in hand. The finish on the device is glassy which makes it look premium. It has a triangular design and is pretty compact so carrying it or placing it on a table or desk will not take much space. Although, it needs a continuous power supply to work so the placement must be done near a power socket.
Broadlink RM Pro+ can also be mounted on the wall using the mounting plate and screws (included in the package) which makes placement easier if there is not enough space. Setting up the RM Pro+ Wireless Remote
Broadlink RM Pro+ is very easy to set-up. There are a limited set of easy actions which you have to follow in order to connect the device with your smartphone. Let’s get started
●First, download the Intelligent Home Center app (ihc) on your Android or iOS device. Remember that the support is only for devices running on Android 4.0 and later or iOS 7 or later.
●Create an account through the app using your Email ID and create a strong password.
●Now press the “Add devices” option and select the device by scanning the barcode on the product or you can also choose the option “Add device by category” and select the RM Pro+. We recommend adding devices by category as the barcode may be easily damaged.
●Plug in the power cable in the device and turn it on. If it’s the first time, the Blue led on the device will blink rapidly which indicates that the device is in configuration mode.
●Use the app to choose the desired WiFi and enter the password. Remember only the 2.4GHz network is supported.
●Now, the device is connected with your smartphone. You can now select different locations and devices to control within the app.

Support Multiple Devices
Rm Pro+ works with IR(38KHz) and RF(433MHz/315MHz) devices which means the list of compatible devices is quite long. All you need to do is select the device like TV, Garage door, gaming console in the app. Since a lot of devices are compatible, it makes it simpler to control them all without any hassle. However, keep in mind there should not be any obstruction between the IR device and the RM Pro+, although, there is no such limitation with RF devices.
Customized Scenes
Suppose you want to turn on your TV, Sound system and the gaming console with 20-second interval within each. Such activity or scene is possible through the RM Pro+ by pressing one single button. All you need to do is create a scene using the app, choose the device and the function you want to perform. Choose the time interval between the function of each device and that’s it. ON/OFF Time Customization
One of the most convenient features which the RM Pro+ comes with is the ON/OFF Time customization. It allows you to turn a device ON or OFF on the desired time.
