Nokia 8.1
Nokia 8.1 could be launched in India in early November, according to a report from 91mobiles. The phone could be expected as an online-only product, and is expected to be priced under Rs 30,000.
Nokia might change the global name of Nokia X7, that was launched in China in October. The name change, though, would be to Nokia 8.1, rather than Nokia 7.1 Plus, as per a tweet from tipster Nokia anew. They claim that Nokia 8.1 was the name change suggested by HMD Chief Product officer and the phone is expected to debut in November this year.

Nokia 8.1 Will Feature a 6.18-inch FHD+ display with Pure Display technology, Nokia 8.1 will also come with HDR 10 support, and a screen aspect ratio of 18.7:9. Running the Snapdragon 710 processor, it is based on Android 8.1 Oreo, and backed by a 3,500mAh battery.
The phone will likely come with Android One branding, and receive the Android 9 Pie update soon. It comes with three storage options: 4GB RAM/64GB, 6GB RAM/64GB and 6GB RAM/128GB internal storage. Each of these variants come with expandable storage of up to 400GB.
Mate 20/ Mate 20 Pro
Chinese telecom equipment and handset-maker Huawei would be launching Mate 20 series in India in November, the company confirmed in a statement. However, the company did not reveal the date of launch for the series in India.
Also, Huawei confirmed that it would bring out 5G devices globally in mid-2019 around June. For the timeline on launch of 5G devices in India, Huawei said that it is “well in position to make the devices available in India as soon as the 5G ecosystem in the country is ready.”

The much-awaited Mate 20 series will come with Huawei’s own Kirin 980, which the company says is the world’s first 7 nanometre processor. The Mate 20 series includes Mate 20, Mate 20 Pro, Mate 20X and Mate 20 RS Porsche. The company also made its smartphone teaser live on Amazon India.
Huawei Mate 20 Pro features a 6.39-inch OLED display and an under-display fingerprint sensor. Powered by Kirin 980 SoC, the device comes in two RAM and storage variants of 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB.
On photography front, the device features 40MP + 20MP + 8MP rear cameras and 25MP front shooter. The device houses a 4200mAh battery with 40-watt power supply while it also supports wireless charging.
Galaxy A9
If you are constantly on your smartphone’s camera, then you would be happy to know that Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018), that was launched in Malaysia in October is coming to India in November.
The company had announced that Samsung Galaxy A9 (2019) will be launched globally in November and the smartphone has now been listed on Samsung’s India website. A dedicated page has also been setup by the company where those who are interested in buying the device can register themselves to get all the details about it. However, details about its pricing and availability in India has not yet been revealed.

Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) is the first ever smartphone to come with four rear cameras. One is 24MP sensor that comes with an f/1.7 aperture, the second is a 10MP telephoto sensor that has an f/2.4 aperture and features 2x optical zoom. The third one is an 8MP ultra-wide camera that sports a 120-degree lens and an f/2.4 aperture and the last one is a 5MP depth camera that comes with f/2.2 aperture. The primary 24MP camera is said to use pixel binning and it can combine 4 pixels into one.
The selfie camera of the smartphone has a 24MP sensor that comes with an f/2.0 aperture.
Speaking of other specifications of the device, Samsung Galaxy A9 mobile features a 6.3-inch full-HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity display with an aspect ratio of 18.5:9. Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor, the smartphone comes in 6GB and 8GB RAM models. Both the RAM variants come with a 128GB internal storage and can support a microSD card of up to 512GB.
The smartphone runs Android Oreo and houses a 3,800mAh battery that has support for fast charging. The new smartphone by Samsung comes with the company’s digital assistant Bixby, Samsung Pay and has the Face Unlock technology.
Redmi Note 6
At the end of the previous month, Xiaomi had silently launched the Redmi Note 6 Pro smartphone in Thailand. The handset has been recently spotted on Xiaomi’s Spanish website which indicates that it will be soon landing in Spain. Also, a leaked invitation of the Redmi Note 6 Pro Indian launch has surfaced online which suggests that it will be launching in the country in November.
The leaked invitation of Redmi Note 6 Pro for India does not mention the name of the smartphone directly. It teases the phone with “flagship camera killer” tagline which seems to be good hint that the Note 6 Pro will be arriving soon in India.

The Redmi Note 6 Pro is equipped with 6.2-inch IPS LCD screen with FHD+ resolution. It is fueled by Snapdragon 636 chipset. For photography, it features 20-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual selfie camera and 12-megapixel + 5-megapixel dual rear camera. It receives power from 4,000mAh battery. Other features include MIUI 9 flavored Android 8.1 Oreo OS, a microSD card slot and a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
The Redmi Note 6 Pro is expected to release in India colors like Black, Blue, Red and Rose Gold. The 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage and 6 GB RAM + 6 GB RAM variants of the phone are expected to release in the Indian market with respective pricing of Rs. 14,999 and Rs. 16,999
