Impressed and pleased by this little monster so far. I always wanted something that could be tucked under my desk and this definitely fit with room to spare!

For my uses, which is keeping snacks, lunch, and drinks cold, it works great. There is no temperature control, just a warm and cold option and the thermoelectric system allows for easy switching from beverage cooler to food warmer.

The instruction says it can hold up to six 12 oz. cans. I guess I knew it was small, but I seriously under-estimated how small. Originally, it would be hard-pressed to fit any type of Tupperware in there. I personally removed one shelf and a basket from the door so I could fit more in as this is a fairly small unit. It has kept a can of refrigerated Coke at the same temperature as a can of Coke from my big fridge, the same temp for 36 hours and counting. Impressive! It chills quickly, too. I’ve put room-temp water bottles in there and found them cold 2 hours later. Besides, the warming function shouldn’t be ignored. It helps me save time in the morning by bringing my home-made breakfast with me and keeping it warm all day. Plus, this device includes both AC, DC and USB power cords to make the switch from standard (110V) to car (12V) to USB 2A power bank easy and convenient.

I also need it to keep my pet’s and my meds refrigerated over the holiday weeks while traveling. My facial serums that need to be kept cold are stored here as well. I would highly recommend this little nugget to anyone who wants to keep cold items close by. Some of the things I’ve thought of would be insulin for a diabetic, or any medication that needs to be kept cool, a face mask for migraine sufferers, etc. Perfect for anyone who is bedridden. The list goes on and on.

Some of my friend said its loud. Indeed, it does have a low humming sound but for me, it’s hardly noticeable. It is absolutely silent with the exception of a very, very gentle whirring that you could hear only if you put your ear right to the back of the fridge.
Apart from that, after I’ve had some time with this fridge, I did find some negative points:
a. the door doesn’t stay sealed sometimes. While traveling, I ended up putting it down on the floor of my car because it just kept swinging open in the front passenger seat.
b. the condensation does tend to build up in the back after a few days and you’re often wiping up water as a result.
