First Impression
The Meizu EP52 is a Bluetooth Headset that come with a neckband. And the one I received from ValueQ comes in red color, a color I absolutely love. This makes it easier to be found in the sea of cables I have lying around at home. I also like that the way that ear pieces are connected to each other — this means there’s no chance of losing either of them.

Packaging and Build Quality
As you can see, it come in an excellent pack containing earphones, a cardboard case with various in-ear adapters, the micro USB cable and a silicone case with magnetic closure.

It’s very noticeable that the earphones themselves are very light and small. With aircraft-grade aluminum, they weigh a light 22 grams. The neckband gives overall support so that ear buds do not fall off that easily. The aluminum ends of the earbuds house magnets, which help keep the earbuds locked together when stored or when worn around the neck to avoid them sliding or dropping to the ground. These physical properties together with the inner-ear hooks and the silicone wire make the EP52 very suitable for sports and physical activity. Besides, if we have to remove them from our ears for a moment, we can comfortably let them fall on our chest without having to be forced to hold them. They also sport a water-resistant coating that protects the headset against sweat, but as far as I’m concerned, I don’t recommend using them in the rain.
